Is a realtor necassary for buying land and building a light industrial building on it? : RealEstate


Myself and a business partner are planning on building our own light industrial building on some land we are planning on purchasing. The specific city we are building in has a really good tax abatement program that we are planning on taking advantage of. This is our first dabble into anytype of commercial building and were wondering if a realtor was necassary for this type of purchase. We have an attorney who can draft ant documents we may need.
