I am looking to build on a south facing lot (50*110) . I am told that the neighboring lot (76′ *110) which is to the west , has a utility easement (ATT and Coserv electric from what I have seen) which runs along the length of the lot . Whoever builds on that lot needs to have a 30 foot easement to its east. Should I be concerned about building on my lot ? This easement would basically run right outside of my fence on the west . To me, it appears that my home once built , would be closer to the easement than the home on which the easement exists. Please advise.
