FHA and non connected garages/shops



We are about to start our first FHA home buying experience in a month or two.

We have seen many great properties and we know the higher hurdle that FHA will be for standards.

Question is (And I cant seem to find exact evidence of what they want on the subject)

Do offsite buildings have to meet the same qualifications as the main dwelling or are these considered non linear with the standards of the actual living area?
