Hey folks! Working on closing my first subject to deal this coming week! I’ve done a good bit of studying, have my documents ready and have an attorney reviewing the documents one final time. I’m still left with a few questions that I would like to clear up before closing:
How does the insurance work? To my understanding, I am to be added to the insurance of the mortgage holder? But have not found anywhere in my paperwork or paperwork I have seen online that specifies that.
How is the deed recorded? I am assuming after signing the billl of sale you then take that to record yourself at the court house?
Any other investors with experience in subject to deals please don’t hesitate to leave any other advice. Thank you.
