Just like the title, I am in the middle of escrow on a property where there is a high percentage of delinquency on HOA dues and I am trying to ascertain what kind of risks I run with neighbors who might also be delinquent in their property taxes. I have heard in some situations I could be assessed additional taxes if my neighbors don’t pay theirs, is that accurate? Does anyone have any other advice about owning a condo where neighbors are not paying the HOA? Thanks in advance!!
