Is it standard for a buyer-representing realtor to charge a $200 “additional commission / administration fee” at closing to the buyer? : RealEstate

I am planning to sign with a realtor to assist me in buying a house in Colorado. In reading through the Exclusive Right-to-buy Listing Contract, I noticed that under the additional provisions, they noted The buyer agrees to pay $200.00 additional commission / administration fee at time of closing.

Is this standard for a buyer-represented contract, or is the realtor just getting an additional $200 out of us? Thank you in advance!
