Hi, I really hope someone here can either help OR point me in the right direction.
I own two houses, the first house is on 1 acre of land and is zoned neighborhood office (I rent this out, residential). The second house is right next door (and I live in it).
I would really love to develop offices on the first acre of land, but I have no experience doing this. Who do I need to talk to in order to get the ball rolling? I vaguely understand that I need to speak to the city and to a developer, but if someone can help me strategize and get me started on the first few steps, that’d be great!
