Long story short we found a house we like that checks all our boxes, but are stuck in a lease for another 4 1/2 months.
The house has been on the market 100+ days already, so we’re wondering if we could get away with writing an offer with closing in 90 days instead of the 45-60 that seems like the norm. Is this incredibly unheard of? Will it be heavily looked down on? One idea we had was to put a healthy earnest deposit down to show we’re serious and won’t back out.
