I recently replaced/expanded my front and rear porches. I would like to refinance but I didn’t have time to seed grass where the old was ripped out before weather set in—so there’s just soil. There’s no more construction being done, everything’s 100% functional that’s part of the house.
Do you think that will affect an appraisal? Looking to refinance because the rates are pretty favorable at the moment.
